Where are you based/where do you ship from?

We’re an Australian small business based in Sydney NSW. All orders are currently being shipped from there.

Is your packaging discrete?

We understand that not everyone wants to let their mum or neighbours know that they’ve recently bought themselves a new sex toy, so all of our packaging is discrete. Your package will arrive in a plain kraft box with nothing but the shipping label so nobody will know what you have planned on a Monday night.

Do you offer warranty?

Most of our products come with a one-year warranty. If you have any issues or concerns with your product feel free to email us for a solution.

What should I do with my toy before use?

All your toys are handled carefully and are packed securely in their own individual packaging in order to keep them clean. Having said that though, due to the nature of where you’ll be using your new friend we recommend giving them at least a wipe down before your first use.

For non-waterproof toys, wipe them down using a warm, soapy cloth or a purpose-designed sex toy cleaning product, ensuring you avoid the areas around electrical components. Waterproof toys are generally safe to be full submerged in water.
